By now, you should know that a hypnotist can’t make you do anything against your will. However hypnotherapy can be used to help you make consciously desired changes, such as losing weight and quitting smoking. This is where I can help.  I can help you utilise the power of hypnosis to help you be who you want to be, to feel better, to lose weight, to reduce or eliminate cravings, to help you manage stress, and to deal with phobias or a host of other issues.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation where the internal drivers that propel you to do the negative behaviours such as smoke or over or comfort eat, can be neutralised or transformed, enabling healthier behaviours and actions.

What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is best described as a guided daydream where you’re not quite awake but not quite asleep.  A state where you’re still analysing what’s been suggested and certainly not under control or ‘being controlled’ by someone else.  This state is not to be feared – a hypnotherapist will not make you do something you do not want to do…like cluck like a chicken!!!

What are the benefits of hypnosis?
Hypnotherapy has numerous benefits ranging from simple relaxation, to the turning off or down, of negative internal driving forces or habits, that have perhaps propelled you in the past to smoke, to comfort eat or to do a host of other negative behaviours/actions.
